Rise + Flow Yoga: Rise, shine, and flow into your day! Start your day on the right foot, with movement, breath, and intention. This mixed-level class incorporates heat-building practices, as well as flow-style practices linking breath, body and mind. All levels are welcome to attend, and modifications will be given.
Slow Burn (Vigorous Yoga): This is a practice in slowing down and challenging the body to quiet the mind. This slow-flowing, heat-building class requires a different kind of intensity than a faster paced vinyasa-style class. Postures can be sustained for longer periods, stoking the internal fire, strengthening the body, and facilitating states of introspection.
Some yoga experience recommended.
Flow Yoga: This fun and challenging vinyasa class emphasizes the connection between conscious breath and fluid movement. By integrating dynamic flows, twists, inversions, and balancing postures, this energizing practice ignites internal heat, strengthens the body and focuses the mind. Some Yoga experience recommended.
Yin + Yang Yoga: This class begins with a Yang style practice: dynamic movement to create muscular strength and heat in the body. Halfway through, the class transitions to Yin style: passive stretches are held for an extended time with the assistance of props. Leave this class feeling balanced and refreshed.
Mixed-level Yoga: Mixed-level yoga incorporates flow-style practices linking breath, body and mind to explore the multi-dimensional self - the interconnection between the physical, energetic, emotional and mental bodies - as well as heat building practices to stoke the internal fire. All levels are welcome to attend. Modifications will be given.
Yoga Deconstructed: Yoga Deconstructed breaks down yoga postures and transitions to help build strength, mobility, flexibility, and body awareness. By exploring anatomy and alignment principles, this class helps you develop a deeper understanding of your body and your relationship to the practice of yoga. Suitable for beginners and beneficial for students of all levels of experience.
Candlelit Restorative: In restorative yoga, props gently support the body in sustained postures for deep relaxation and releasing of physical, energetic, emotional and mental tensions. This class acts as the counter pose to the action oriented, fast-paced rhythm of daily life. It revitalizes and restores our nervous system and re-connects us to the sweetness of being supported, held and taken care of. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class to allow adequate time to gather and set up your props.
Pure Reformer I: Challenge yourself with the the work that made Pilates a world-wide sensation and reap all the benefits: renewed strength, stability, muscle tone, alignment, centeredness and improved posture. Our instructors take you through a traditional reformer Pilates practice, each with their own special touch using a wide range of supporting equipment and props. Level I is for beginner and intermediate-level Pilates students. We also have Level II for intermediate to advanced students. You must have participated in at least 8 Level I classes to start Level II or have instructor clearance.
Reformer Stretch: In this class we use the reformer and various Pilates apparatus to stretch and restore the body while focusing on breath, alignment, releasing tension and clearing the mind. A basic level of knowledge and comfort on the reformer is beneficial but not required.
Pure Mat Pilates: We get back to basics – on the ground – with the mind, the body and a mat. In this class we take you through the classic Pilates mat sequences and prove that simplicity can be just as, if not more, challenging and rewarding as a reformer or apparatus practice.
Mixed-level Jumpboard: Using the Pilates jumpboard is comparable to lying down and jumping on a trampoline! This unique piece of equipment makes it possible to have a very safe and low impact cardio workout on the reformer. This is an intermediate level class; students are expected to have some familiarity with the reformer. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.
Mixed-level Reformer: Beginner, intermediate and advanced experience levels are all welcome in this group reformer class. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.
Mindfulness Meditation: A mind at rest means a peaceful life. Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment. A regular practice of mindfulness meditation has been proven to greatly reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety. Through meditation we learn to stay present with every experience as it arises whether pleasant or uncomfortable- savoring the joy of effortless being. This class may include a combination of seated and walking meditation. All levels of experience are welcome

Yoga is suitable for all women and men at all fitness levels.
What sort of benefits can I expect from practising yoga
Modern science is now catching up with what ancient yogi sages have known for thousands of years. Science has proven yoga's beneficial aspects, from re-wiring the brain for a more positive experience of life to strengthening the power of the mind for less reactivity in daily life, to cultivating an internal self regulation process for coping with stress and increasing peace and equanimity.
It also cultivates an awareness of the body/mind connection which can improve intimacy with oneself as well as improve intimacy in relationships.
Is parking available
Yes, we have free "first-come, first-served" parking available in our garage and metered parking available on Sunset Blvd.
