• Wear comfy exercise clothes that you can move freely (i.e. tights or shorts and a singlet)
• Bottle of water
• Yoga mat if you have one, otherwise we have mats available for use free of charge.
• An open mind, courageous attitude, and your biggest and best smile!
Also, arrive at least 15 minutes before class, so you have enough time to meet your teacher and settle in.
Avoid eating a large meal within 2-3 hours prior to class. But if you’re hungry have a light snack, like a piece of fruit.
And turn off your phone while in the studio ; )
